Dealer Guidelines - for your reference
Your Margins
Firehole Outdoors offers all dealers keystone margins on Firehole Sticks and Firehole Stones. Most of our other products will provide you with 40% - 45% margins based on suggested retail prices. Any of our products that are offered at a different margin will be clearly stated.
First Order
For your first (opening) order we require a minimum of $300. You may choose any combination of products to achieve this total. Future orders may be of any size you require.
Payment
Payment is due at the time your order is placed via credit card or PayPal. We do not offer other payment terms or invoice dating.
Retail Pricing Requirements
In order to protect the Firehole Outdoors brand and products, we will not sell to dealers who do not adhere to our retail pricing requirements* for Firehole Sticks and Firehole Stones. You can review these requirements by clicking the button to the right.
* International dealers, those who have a base of operations outside the United States, are permitted to adjust pricing to account for costs associated with bringing the products into their country. We expect this to be a good faith effort that will be periodically monitored.
Third Party Sites
Firehole Outdoors products may not be resold by any of our wholesale dealers on third-party sites, such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Jet.com, etc.
Customs and Collaborations
Dealers must not offer for sale any Firehole Outdoors products that were originally produced as part of a collaboration with another entity or any product that has not been made available to dealers and the public directly through Firehole Outdoors.
No Singles, Bundles, or Subscriptions
Dealers may only sell our products in their original format and packaging. Multiple-unit packs (e.g. a box of Sticks or Stones) may not be split up and sold individually or recombined into new formats or combinations. Firehole Outdoors products are also not permitted to be used in an ongoing subscriptions service. This applies to all current and previous offerings.
One Final Thing
We are a bit old school at Firehole Outdoors. I still remember the days in my youth when someone’s word was all that was necessary to bond a relationship and I dearly want to be able to run this business in that manner. To that end, if you, as a dealer, decide to carry our products, I ask that you respect the brand and we respect each other as business partners. Seems fair.
These dealer guidelines (terms and conditions) govern the sale of Firehole Outdoors products to authorized Firehole Outdoors dealers in order to maintain our reputation for high-quality products and to protect our network of retail partners. Violation(s) of these guidelines may result in the termination of a dealers authorization.
Firehole Outdoors maintains the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time as our business grows and changes.
